Life Member Hellen Alyek, Florence Okot and Judith Nabakoba, both under the IAWP Adopted Officer Program, Region 20, received recognition on International Women's Day. The President of Uganda, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, presented medals.
I hope you are doing fine. Am fine just to let you know of the medals given by the president of Uganda on women's day to IAWP Region 20 members, Helln Alyek, Florence Okot and Judith Nabakoba for the great work they have done in Uganda.
I hope Helen will send some of the photos taken on the day. I have attached a copy from news paper, but all the ladies are not on it. Judith is greeting the president and Florence is behind her. It was a very great achievement for them.
