Hi Region 10 Members With Robin's assistance I have finally gained access to the Blog!! Yeah!. This entry will be short and sweet. Just wanted to Thank all of you for your support. I have updatd my introduction information. I have over 25 years experience in law enforcement as a National Park Ranger and now as a Deputy Sheriff for San Francisco CA. I enjoy outdoor activties, reading, dancing and my children and grandchildren. I am also a Boardmember for BALEAF (BayArea Law Enforcement Assistance Fund)and President of the local chapter of the National Black Police Association. This year I traveled to St. John's NewFoundland for the International Training Conference for IAWP. The classes were exceptional (as usual) and the people attending were truly international. So many different uniforms. I will try to post some photos from the conference on my next entry. Our next conference will be in Durban, South Africa. You can now register online for this conference ( go to iawp.org). Hotel accommodations are still being arranged. Don't forget to update your passport and get your shots next year(probably) in the Spring. Winnipeg Canada in 2014 and 2015 we will be in Cardiff Wales. Until the next time... be safe out there Fabian
